I've just visited my local Cracker Barrel, where I fell in love with the Blue Bliss line. It's all gorgeous!

I am collecting the Blue Bliss dinnerware---I think they are beautiful! I have 8 dinner plates, 7 salad plates and 6 bowls. I also bought the centerpiece bowl, which is so unusual. They only had two of the ceramic "balls" to put in the centerpiece bowl, but I'll have to find another Cracker Barrel. I was hoping we could order more here.

I'm sorry - we do not have an online store. I would urge you to find another Cracker Barrel store soon - once they sell out of a program, it is much harder to find!

I LOVE the "Break of Dawn" collection and purchased some yesterday to decorate my kitchen. My husband really admired the colorful plates I purchased that gave a boost to the workspace, so he went back with me to purchase some more. I have the dinner plates and dessert plates decorating my large header area, canisters on the counter and that gorgeous HUGE wooden bowl (with handpainted rooster) on an easel. Just beautiful! The rooster cookie jar is fabulous, but due to the fact that I have one in excellent shape with similar colors (from 1980) I decided to use it with my Break of Dawn collection. My cookie jar was the one my sons grew up with and I couldn't bear to part with it. I painted my header a medium terra cotta, and the walls a light terra cotta. It is an excellent background for the roosters. My counters are darker green. Your art makes my old kitchen look new.

OOOH and I was just getting started in the collection of "Blue Bliss" Any suggestions as to where they are still selling this collection near Temple, Texas? I have all I want from the Temple Cracker Barrel. I am trying to find coffee mugs and saucers. I bought the pierced bowl and it's just beautiful but I turned an ankle on the edge of the sidewalk carrying it home and it broke... :-(

I do not know the exact cost of each plate - you will need to contact a Cracker Barrel store where these are sold.

Susan,

I saw your "Blue Bliss" dishes when they came out and loved them. They were discounted 40% around my birthday in May, so I decided to purchase them with my birthday money, a CB gift card, and some unspent Christmas money. Everyone I spoke to (even the corporate office) said it would be difficult to find 12 of the mugs (I wanted 12 place settings). Since we were going to TN to pick up our son at college, we decided to try our best to get the dishes, since we were going past a whole bunch of CBs.

The first store was in front of our subdivision in our town. I managed to get 10 dinner plates, 8 salad plates, 6 bowls and 1 cup. No problem - I was determined!
I also picked up the tea set, salt and pepper shakers, and the soup tureen.

Next stop, Louisville. The store folks had told me they had 1 cup. We were going to Louisville anyway, so it was worth the stop. I walked in and was delighted to find 2 cups on the shelf, and then was overjoyed to have the clerk return from the storeroom with 7 more! JACKPOT! I also got the remaining plates and bowls I needed. The clerk said that her mom runs the gift shop, and when something is popular, she leaves some of it in the storeroom, because the people who really want it will ask. Those cups were saved just for me!

We took everything home, unloaded it onto the table, and then left for TN. We had mapped out every store between home and our son's college, and I called each one before we got to it. I found 1 cup in Lexington, along with an oblong tray. None of the stores in TN had cups. I just needed one more!

We spent the night and picked up our son. It took a long time to get him packed and loaded up, and then we headed out. I was still looking at the CB trip planner and map, and realized that they had left the store in Corbin, KY off the list. Hubby was getting sleepy, so I suggested we stop in Corbin and he could stretch his legs a bit and I would check CB. You guessed it - I walked in and spotted my last cup!

I am a happy girl! I have your beautiful blue and white dishes, 40% off, purchased as a gift from my loved ones! A very happy 50th birthday!

The only thing I could not find was the serving platters. I will fill in with blue, white or clear serving pieces (I'll be visiting thrift shops for those!).

The brown Mikasa Whole Wheat stoneware that we have used for 27 years will be packed away for when our son has his own place, if he wants them. It's blue and white for me now!

Thank you for designing such lovely dishes!

Please Help!
I was visiting a CB for dinner while out of town on a business trip last month (June) and discovered your Break of Dawn Roosters and was thrilled! I had recently redone my kitchen in roosters per my husbands request, (as we live on a chicken farm), but had not been able to find any dishes in the colors/style we wanted. The second I saw yours I knew they were PERFECT!! Now here is my problem, they were selling out of them! It was nice to get them on sale, but it has made finding the pieces I need almost impossible! I was able to get dinner plates, dessert plates, mugs, and the S&P shakers. I had to stop at 7 different CB's on the way home to get those!! I didn't even know what all had been available until I saw some of the pictures on here. I want the canisters and the cookie jar BAD! Where can I find these at now that they aren't at CB? I already looked on ebay, nothing :( I would love to be able to find out what pieces I am missing and any info on where I can find them!!

Hi Darci! Thank you for contacting us! All of our dinnerware designs with Cracker Barrel are exclusive to their stores - and once they are sold out, they are gone! I would contact Cracker Barrels near you to see if they have any left. If not, keep checking resale websites like Ebay - items often pop up!
Best of luck and Thank you!!

Looking for ceramic rooster spoon holder. It is white with dark red trim. The one we have was chipped. Any idea where to find a replacement?

Thanks for reading.
